Thailand Fee Structure Overview

TikTok Shop Thailand charges two main fees to sellers:

There is no platform support fee, no per-order surcharge, and no FBT fulfillment program in Thailand. Sellers handle their own shipping (self-ship or 3PL). Mall sellers pay higher commission rates but gain badge visibility and promotional access.

Mall Seller Rates

TikTok Shop Thailand Mall sellers pay higher flat commission rates but gain additional visibility, trust badges, and promotional opportunities. Most Mall categories are charged 11.77% commission, except electronics which retains the same rate as marketplace.

Growth Fee & Infrastructure Fee

Thailand has an optional Growth Fee (ค่าธรรมเนียมการเติบโต) of 8.03% capped at ฿199 per order, which funds platform-sponsored promotions and vouchers. There is also a minimal Infrastructure Fee of ฿1.07 per order. These apply when you opt into specific promotional programs.

New Seller Promotions

Thailand currently has no new seller promotion. Unlike Malaysia (0% for 90 days), Philippines (0% for 90 days), or Singapore (2% for 90 days), all sellers in Thailand pay the standard rates from their first sale.

Tips for Thailand Sellers

Choose the Right Category

Electronics (especially phones and PCs at 5.35%) enjoy the lowest commission rates in Thailand. If your product can reasonably be categorized in electronics, you'll save 2.68–5.35% compared to general rates.

Watch the Category Rates

Fashion at 9.63% and jewelry at 10.70% are significantly higher than general. If you're selling in these categories, ensure your margins are thick enough to absorb the higher commission.

No FBT — Plan Your Fulfillment

Thailand doesn't have the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program. You'll need to arrange your own shipping — either self-ship or work with a local 3PL provider. Factor shipping costs into your pricing from day one.
